Requirements: Must meet No Child Left Behind requirement of two years post-high education or higher or be able to pass a standardized test approved by the State of South Dakota. Assist students within an early childhood Ready to Start classroom; provide for support and care in areas of daily living needs; prepare instructional materials as directed by teacher; reinforce instructional/behavioral objectives. Ability to do lifting, work inside and outside and have good communication skills.
