ARTWORKS PROGRAM, SUMMER 2012
GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB
The teachers for the program will be responsible for the development of the G&T curriculum guides to address the 3rd and 4th grade classes in each arts area. They will provide instruction in the areas of art based on the three week schedule to include one Saturday session in May. The teachers will work on rotating schedules during the summer leadership institutes.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Requires Bachelor's degree in grade/subject area taught with a valid South Carolina Teaching Certificate. Highly qualified in grade/subject area according to No Child Left Behind Legislation. Career and Technology Teachers will meet SCDE requirements for CATE.
