Description: Community Consolidated School District 62 in Des Plaines, Illinois is seeking a part-time, LMC Specialist and Gifted Education teacher with library media endorsement and gifted education experience for a K-8 classroom environment beginning August, 2012.
Qualifications: 1. Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. 2. Illinois teacher certification with an endorsement in Library Media. 3. Gifted education experience preferred. 4. Experience as an elementary school teacher is preferred.
Working Conditions: District 62 has approximately 4,800 students in grades preK-8 in 8 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 1 year-around, K-8 school.
