POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
  
Parent Educator

Parent Education Teaching License required.

Plan and facilitate discussions in parent education, meeting the needs and interests of the individual group.  Plan and teach cooperatively with Early Childhood teacher, creating a family focused  integrated curriculum based on the Parent Education Core Curriculum Framework.  

Early Childhood Teacher

Early Childhood Teaching Licensure required

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate child and parent/child activities. Plan and teach cooperatively with Parent Educator, creating a family focused integrated curriculum based on the Early Childhood Indicators of Progress.  Model appropriate adult/child interactions.  Work with paraprofessional to prepare environment.
