Requirements:
Current Hackensack School District School Nurse
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule, supervise, and conduct summer High School sports
physicals along with school doctors.
Log results into Genesis regarding each student/athlete's
status regarding physical results and athletic participation
forms.
Communicate with Athletic Director and Athletic Trainer if
students are cleared medically to participate in athletics.
Fill out and submit any insurance forms from injuries suffered
during the preseason practice period.
Approximate dates: Various dates from July through August
2013
not to exceed 120 total hours
Stipend As per HBOE/HEA Agreement-
Letter of interest shall be forwarded to Jason A. Green,
Athletic Director, in electronic format only via Applitrack.
