Description:
The school
psychologist provides needs-based educational and behavioral services to the
students, parents, teachers and administrative staff of the school. The role
includes. but is not limited to data-based assessment and intervention
planning; universal screening and prevention of academic and behavioral
concerns; direct and indirect consultation with students and teachers; and
evaluation of school-wide programs and interventions . This is a 0.80 FTE
school psychology position and a 0.20 FTE administrative assignment. In the
administrator's role, this individual will serve as the school's assessment
coordinator.
Qualifications: Must hold a current Illinois Teaching Certificate with School
Psychologist endorsement
Illinois Administrative certification desirable
