The Assistant to the Director of Technology assists the
Director of Technology with management of the technology
functions of the district and is responsible for the supervision
of all technology personnel in the district as directed by the
Director of Technology. In addition, the Assistant to the
Director of Technology will act as the supervisor in the absence
of the Director of Technology.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of technology operations;
ability to work cooperatively with other members of district
staff, possesses a (4) year college degree in a computer or
business operations related field preferred, ability to maintain
a friendly, cooperative attitude with school personnel and
perform additional duties as assigned by his/her
supervisor. Industry certification a plus and 3-5 years
work experience in a public school system preferred.
