JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Incumbent is responsible for providing assistance and staff support for bond projects administered through the Office of Facilities and the Department of Construction Management.
 
Essential Functions:
*Assist with the duties and day to day operations of the Office of Facilities and the Department of Construction Management.
*Prepare responses for requests for information from various publics.
*Prepare reports, agenda items, and other communication items as needed.
*Provide support for bond project management, including documenting and communicating the status of individual bond projects to campus and community stakeholders.

*Collect, analyze, report and maintain data related to the Annual Facilities Utilization Report.

*Assist in the preparation of boundary and assignment recommendations for new schools and other boundary changes as needed.

*Provide staff support for Boundary Advisory Committee (BAC) and Community Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) meetings and other advisory committee meetings as needed.

*Assist in the collection, analysis, reporting and distribution of information related to real estate, legal and other bond program consultants.
*Assist in the collection, analysis, reporting and distribution of data related to both short and long range facilities planning and demographic planning.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:  A four-year degree from an accredited college or university is required. 


Experience:  Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required. 


Knowledge & Skills:
*Knowledge and skill in the use of personal computers and their software.
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and in other computerized applications.
*Ability to apply knowledge of process, coordinate projects, organize and maintain records, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
*Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral communication and must be able to work effectively with staff.
 
DUTY DAYS:  260 Days 
 
SALARY:  CP6:  $60,000 - $75,000
               Salary determination will be based on documented experience.
