Salary Range:  $90,000-$105,000

The Mehlville School District is seeking an outstanding leader to become part of our leadership team as the Executive Director for Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

• Work with certificated and classified staff
• Recommend the selection and assignment of qualified personnel
• Prepare and submit all state and national reports relating to personnel
• Serve as the school's contact with all certificating agencies related to teacher certification
• Responsible for teacher recruitment
• Oversee policy revisions and recommendations
• Serve as the district's Compliance Officer
• Work closely with employee discussion committees
• Other duties pertaining to the operations of the Human Resources Department
• Other duties assigned by the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent

Requires:

• Masters' Degree in Education Administration/Leadership
• Successful teaching experience and a minimum of three years building or district level administrative experience
