Assistant Superintendent Curriculum, Assessment and Professional Development

Salary Range:  Commensurate with experience, $115,000 maximum

The Mehlville School District is seeking an outstanding leader to become part of our leadership team as the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Assessment and Professional Development.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise Curriculum Directors
• Oversee Federal Programs for the district
• Oversee curriculum, assessment and professional development district-wide
• Develop and maintain a district-wide tutoring plan
• Facilitate and oversee the continued implementation of BYOC and BYOA
• Serve as the district's MSIP chair
• Serve as the District Test Coordinator over EOC exams and MAP
• Maintain a significant role in the district's RtI leadership
• Maintain a signification leadership role in the development of the district's 1-to-1 technology program
• Oversee Technology Integration throughout the district
• Possess strong knowledge of best practices in literacy instruction
• Facilitate and maintain K-12 vertical articulation for all content areas
• Oversee all budgets relating to curriculum, assessment and professional development

Requires:

• Minimum three-five years building or district level administrative experience
• Educational specialist, Ed.S. or Doctorate preferred
• Certificated or eligible for certification as the Superintendent in Missouri
