HOURS PER DAY:
3.9 hours/day, 4 days/week

START & ENDING TIME:
7:40 to 11:30 am (Mondays-Thursdays)

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree.
  • One year post-secondary training in business office procedures preferred.
  • Minimum one-year job related experience desired.
  • Ability to operate multiple phone lines.
  • Knowledge and expertise in basic office procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
