PRIMARY FUNCTION: Administers employee
benefits plans for the District by coordinating, implementing, and maintaining
up-to-date files and reporting for programs that include, but are not limited
to group health, other forms of group insurance, wellness initiative and
statutory areas such as FMLA and unemployment.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human
Resources or communications field preferred.

Some college required.
· Requires three to five years of
progressive experience in human resources, benefit plan administration, or an
equivalent function encompassing employee benefit plans.
·
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
·
Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft
Office products.
