Description:
This employee is responsible for organizing and implementing an instructional program for the academic students in the regular classroom setting and meeting the duties of teaching as outlined in the district policies. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: designing the academic educational program so that it is consistent with the total educational philosophy of the district; preparing educational plans for each group of students based on individually assessed needs in accordance with the district's philosophy, goals and objectives; establishing and maintaining cooperative relations with other employees.
Qualifications:
Appropriate and current Illinois certificate - 03
Successful teaching experience desired, but not necessary
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to be an effective member of a team
