JOB
TITLE:
ROYAL OAK HIGH SCHOOL
Assistant Boys Soccer Coach (JV)
(Season runs tentatively from August 6, 2012 -November 16,
2012)
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.
Must have a minimum, HS Diploma or
equivalent
2.
Strong knowledge of the rules, regulations and
fundamentals of the sport
3.
Successful experience coaching high school soccer
preferred
4.
Experience working with high school age
students preferred
5.
Outstanding organizational and communication
skills
6.
Demonstrated ability to work well with
others including administration, coaches, teachers and
parents
7.
Available for in-season and out-of-season
conditioning
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Attend all games and practices
2.
Supervise students before and after all
games and practices
3.
Follow program philosophies set forth by
School District
4.
Work with parent booster club to support the
program
5.
Foster positive relationships with parents
and community members
6.
Instruct students with the proper skills to
compete in the game of soccer
SALARY:
Appropriate placement on ROEA Supplemental Schedule B
