Description: Tech Support Internship
Job Summary: The Technical Support Intern for Bernards Township Schools Technology Department is an unpaid position that will
work on day-to-day help desk troubleshooting as well as assisting with IT projects. The
Technical Support Intern will primarily be responsible for troubleshooting desktop support
requests, such as printer, networking, and software troubleshooting, desktop deployment and
system upgrades, and maintaining your work in our ticketing system. Other duties may
include assisting with IT projects such OS migration and creating technical documentation.
Qualifications: A+ certification or enrollment in a post high school IT support program
Working Conditions: Minimum 1 day (6 hours) per week. 3 month duration.
