Description: Food Service Accounts Manager/Assistant Job Summary: Completes a variety of office and computer tasks under the supervision of the food service director, provides serving and cashier services during meal times. Responsibilities: Assist with the processing of bank deposits, catering billing, Free & Reduced Lunch Program applications, online payments, and collection of overdue accounts. Provides office support for food service program: answering phone and email inquiries, ordering office supplies for district and other general office duties. Provides additional serving or cashier support during meal times. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, prior business office experience, good customer service skills, excellent math and computer skills, sanitation training or willing to attend training, able to lift 50 lbs. Salary: $13-$15 /hour 7 hrs/day, 183 days per year, with full benefits
