Description: Food Service Accounts Manager/Assistant
Job Summary: Completes a variety of office and computer tasks under the supervision of the food service director, provides serving and cashier services during meal times.
Responsibilities: Assist with the processing of bank deposits, catering billing, Free & Reduced Lunch Program applications, online payments, and collection of overdue accounts. Provides office support for food service program: answering phone and email inquiries, ordering office supplies for district and other general office duties. Provides additional serving or cashier support during meal times.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, prior business office experience, good customer service skills, excellent math and computer skills, sanitation training or
willing to attend training, able to lift
Salary: $13-$15 /hour 7 hrs/day, 183 days per year, with full benefits
