Description:
Teaching high
school Introduction to Shop, Automobile Mechanics, Construction, and Auto CAD
Drafting. GVHS in a Standard Based
environment with record keeping, grading, assessing, and reporting.
Qualifications:

Minimum B.
A.
- Hold or be
able to obtain a Colorado Teachers' Certificate/License from Colorado
Department of Education in Industrial Technology, Industrial Arts or
equivalent. Vocational Certification
preferred.
- Demonstrated
knowledge of Colorado standards and assessments and the ability to facilitate
data driven instruction and the standards based classroom.
- Ability to
assist District in transitioning from traditional Industrial Arts to Industrial
Technology with a focus on computer design and project based applications.
- Demonstrated
ability to ensure student academic success.
- Prefer
strong background and successful experience in integration of academics,
especially math, reading, and writing.
- Computer and
Technology skills preferred.
- Experience
working with diverse populations preferred
