Performance Coordinator
Little Rock Preparatory Academy is
currently seeking a Performance Coordinator. In
addition to teaching 2 middle school classes each day, the
Performance Coordinator will also serve in the following
roles for Little Rock preparatory Academy:
Assessment Coordinator
Coordinate scheduling, administration, proctoring, data
collection & data analysis of:
·
NWEA MAP & Terra Nova administered 2-4 times
annually
·
Arkansas Benchmark Exams in the spring
·
TLI Interim Assessments every
·
DI Interim Assessments every 6-10
weeks
Performance Evaluation
·
Negotiate bids & agreements with assessment
& performance evaluation vendor
·
Prepare and deliver periodic updates (6-8 times
annually) on key indicators of student achievement & school
performance at professional development meetings, including
attendance, retention, tardiness, testing results and other
priority indicators
·
Prepare by the 20
<SUP>th</SUP>
of each month and assist school leader and executive director
in presenting a monthly analysis of performance to board of
trustees at regularly scheduled board meetings including
priority indicators indicated above
·
Work closely with DI Coordinator to ensure that
DI tests are administered regularly, data is processed
completely and accurately, and performance groupings are
assigned and re-assigned appropriately
·
Prepare performance reports, updates and
analysis as called upon by Arkansas Department of Education and
Arkansas State Board of Education
·
Negotiate bids & agreements with technology
vendor to ensure setup & administration of electronic
assessments
·
Coordinate report card grade design, collection,
production & pick-up by all families with school leader
approval
·
Manage dissemination and presentation of school
assessment & performance data at all parent & community
forums
Technology Coordinator
·
Manage vendor relationship with vendors
servicing existing school technology & procurement of new
technology hardware & software
·
Coordinate teacher laptop distribution,
servicing & maintenance agreement
·
Ensure the successful operation of the student
computer lab, including provision of services to all students
in the school
·
Ensure the successful operation of the
School's technology network, including wireless Internet
access, server & connections with printing / copying /
faxing / scanning machines
Other Duties
·
Fulfills other assignments as requested by
the principal and executive director in a timely, diligent
manner
