QUALIFICATIONS
: Must have valid Minnesota teaching license for Language Arts or English (grades 5-12); prefer Reading license (5-12); experience working with at-risk youth is preferred; strong classroom management skills.
JOB DUTIES
: Assess; instruct and monitor students in the area of reading; create database of student assessment results; follow school-wide discipline procedures; supervise and monitor students in small classroom settings; demonstrate strong classroom management skills; contribute to team concept.
