Split Duty Part-time HVAC & Refrigeration and Residential Wiring & Home Technology Integration Instructor

for the 2012-13 School Year

Qualifications

Valid Type 09 with endorsement in Heating/Ventilation & Air Conditioning and Electronics (Candidates with valid ISBE teaching certificates must also have at least two years of directly related work experience)
or
Submit proof of qualification for a Provisional Vocational or Temporary Provisional Vocational Teacher Certificate (See ISBE Certification Requirements @ www.isbe.net/certification for more information) which can require as much as four years of full-time related employment experience.

Application Process

To be considered complete, each application package must include a letter of intent (cover letter), resume, and copies of teaching certificate and transcripts, if applicable.  If candidate is not certified, as part of the application he/she must submit copies of letters from employers verifying employment experience directly related to this field.
