Requirements:
· Ability to read and work from operating instructions, prints, sketches or drawings.
· Ability to write reports.
· Possess skills in the particular crafts in which he/she functions.
· Ability to use the tools and materials of several different crafts.
· Ability to perform assigned duties without continuous direct supervision.
· Ability to meet emergency situations in maintenance.
· Carpentry experience preferred
