Requirements: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university AND Certified Rehabilitation Counselor Certificate or Rehabilitation Administration OR Type 75 Administrative Certificate with transition coursework or certification or experience in transition planning OR Learning Behavior Specialist II-Transition Specialist Certification.
