Description:
Perform functions to instruct students on established curriculum ensuring each individual is provided with the knowledge, proficiencies and experiences necessary to become successful contributing citizens in an ever-changing world. This is a long term substitute assignment beginning after school starts. The position will cover 0.6 fte of Chemistry and 0.4 fte of the Planetarium.
Qualifications:The qualified candidate will have a valid Illinois secondary (type 09) teaching certificate with a Science-Chemistry endorsement. Candidates with a Science-Earth & Space Science endorsement and experience working in a planetarium are preferred.
Rate of pay:
$226.99/day from the first day of the assignment.
Working Conditions:Classroom and Planetarium in a high school.
