1-Occupational Therapist/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, July 10-July 21, Tues/Wed/Thurs, Tues-Thurs, District-wide EC-12 services, approx. 12 hrs/wk
Homebased Services
1-Speech/Language Pathologist, Homebased ECSE services, approx. 20 hrs total, June/July/August, service time based on student IFSP’s

1-Occupational Therapist/Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Homebased ECSE services, approx. 65 hrs total, June/July/August, service time based on student IFSP’s
Job Description: Related Services providers for the 2012 Extended School Year to provide services to qualified students, carry out IFSP/IEP goals.
Qualifications: Knowledge or experience providing the specific related service to students, the ability to follow IEP goals and keep accurate records.
Licensure: Licensure by the State of Minnesota in the specific service you are applying for.
