1. Possesses knowledge of the core
curriculum
2. Uses summative and formative
assessment data to drive instruction
3. Develops and implements a
proactive classroom management plan that is absent of
threat.
4. Actively communicates with
parents and provides effective feedback to students.
5. Actively participates on grade
level Data Team
6. Includes and makes
accommodations for all students and their individual needs and
strengths
7. Uses differentiated instruction
to accommodate the needs of students
8. Works collaboratively and

9. Creates engaging lessons with
real world application tied to students' interest, learning

implement Daily 5 in Reading and Math.
14. Will use DIBELS progress
monitoring as a diagnostic tool to plan for instructional
interventions.
