Additional Information:Batavia 101 is looking for a collaborative leader to fill the position of Dean of Students at Rotolo Middle School. Qualified candidates will hold a Master’s Degree, have a minimum of 5 years middle school teaching experience, and possess a solid understanding of RtI, PBIS, and CPI techniques. Experience in Special Education is preferred but not required. This individual will have main responsibilities for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade school discipline and all related communications. This position will also share responsibility with the administrative team for supervision of after school activities, events and teacher appraisal. The candidates should be well versed in middle school philosophy as well as the developmental, social, emotional characteristics of the young adolescent. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to work in a team-based and collaborative environment
