Description: Memorial School seeks a highly qualified and dynamic educator to join the kindergarten team for a one-year position due to a leave of absence. This individual should be willing and able to work closely with not only the kindergarten team but other professionals within the building supporting student learning.
Memorial School is a K-5 elementary school which provides engaging learning opportunities for approximately 350 students. Using a "Learning for All" mantra to guide our practice, Memorial School works closely both within teams and vertically to assess student growth. Teams use formative and summative data to inform instruction, and students are provided with opportunities each day to either work on skills that they have not demonstrated mastery of, or to be challenged through opportunities for extension.
Memorial School is a one of eight NEASC accredited elementary schools in the State of New Hampshire and has been a finalist (one of five) twice within the past three years for the coveted New Hampshire Excellence in Education Awards.
