JV CHEER COACH –
Sideline & Competitive
QUALIFICATIONS: * CAP Certification Preferred
* C.P.R. Certification and First Aid Certification
Preferred
* Substantial knowledge of the fundamental and
technical aspects of Cheerleading
* Must abide by the Waterford School District
Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic
philosophy
REPORTS TO: District Athletic Director; Building Administrator
JOB GOAL: To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the student shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and self-confidence.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Seasonal contract.
SALARY: Determined by Teacher Master Agreement and years of experience or non-WEA member rates
