Description:
Plan, initiate and carry to completion clerical, secretarial and administrative activities for three departments
Process and monitor purchase orders for assigned departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently under varying deadlines
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and office equipment
