Description:
-Coach middle school girls to participate in volleyball
matches
-Hold call-out for perspective athletes
-Hold parent meeting(s)
-Check for athlete eligibility determined by proper physical
on file, emergency contact information and grade requirements
-Run organized and supervised practices on scheduled practice
dates
-Prepare and attend all events
-Properly care for athletes, equipment, uniforms and
facilities
-Prepare local media and school announcements of team
wins/losses
-Follow all rules and guidelines of the athletic policy,
coaches handbook, CMS and LCSC School Board polocies
Requirements:
-Candidate should be a strong role model for students
-Candidate will commit to maintaining discipline
-Candidate will promote good sportsmanship conduct to
represent Logansport Community Schools
-Previous experience coaching and/or teaching middle school
students
-Candidate must complete and clear expanded criminal history
background checks
-Candidate must complete and clear drug screen
Qualifications:
-Previous experience coaching and knowledge of
volleyball/sport experience
