Qualifications:
1.
Valid and appropriate teaching
certificate/license from the State of Ohio.
2.
Certificate in Limited English
Proficient/English as a Second Language.
3.
Ability to communicate effectively with
students, parents, and other teachers and
administrators.
4.
Demonstrates a sincere desire to aid all
students, staff and the community.
5.
Demonstrated willingness to meet the needs
of LEP students through the use of a variety of instructional
strategies.
6.
Alternatives to the above qualifications
as the Board of Education may find appropriate.
