Required Qualifications:
1. Must possess appropriate MN middle school mathematics licensure 
2. Ability to establish and maintain high academic standards and a positive relationship with students
3. Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues
4. Demonstrated ability in classroom management and the use of data-driven instructional practices

5. An understanding of intercultural competency and the desire for continued professional growth in this area

Desired Qualifications:
1. Experience teaching middle school students;
2. Experience using formative assessment as a tool to continually direct teaching and learning
