Experience:

Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise a total sports
program

Previous coaching experience and substantive knowledge base in
assigned sport

Proven ability to work with high school aged students modeling
positive character and responsible behavior

Orientation toward continuous improvement
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
Variable schedule to accommodate practices and competition in
a major sports program.

POSITION SUMMARY:
To direct, support and fully implement the assigned High School
Athletic Program with an education based philosophy of teaching
and coaching.
