73,800- $ 89,027 based upon placement on DCS
Administrative pay scale + STRS pickup
Initial Contract:
2 years - 215 days per year + $500.00 professional dues or staff

Qualifications:
Experience in
elementary school curriculum development, instruction and
technology preferred
Excellent organizational and
instructional management skills
Strong interpersonal/communication
skills
Understanding of special education
rules, policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to problem solve
and facilitate change
Experienced in evaluation of staff
and OTES
Ability to, analyze, interpret, and
make sound instructional decisions using value added data
Ability to work with a diversified
community that is supportive of its schools
Willingness to pursue applicable
grants to support the CIP and building program
Evidence of involvement with
community
Willingness to work as a team member
of the administrative team
Ability to recognize classroom
instruction incorporating the Ohio Academic Content
Standards
