MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess a valid PA teaching certificate in the area of Elementary, as well as a Program Specialist certificate in ESL; knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices; ability to engage students actively in the learning process; and excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Experience in working in a collaborative/co-teaching classroom environment is strongly preferred.
