Required Qualifications:

1)                Must possess an appropriate MN Teaching license;

2)                Ability to establish and maintain high academic standards and positive working relationship with students;

3)                  Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with administration and colleagues;

4)                  Effective communication skills;

5)         Demonstrated ability in classroom management;

6)         Knowledge and understanding of instructional theory and practice.
