MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Football Coaching Experience.
·
High School Diploma
·
Knowledge of sport and willing to
work within the Athletic program.
·
Provide leadership to organize
& oversee the football program.
·
Knowledgeable about the rules and
fundamental techniques required of the sport
·
Ability to obtain current
CPR/First Aid certification
·
Ability to work effectively with
sport coaching staff, parents and school staff
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·
Complies with MHSAA rules/off
season policies and department/district policies
·
Maintains consistent
communication with Head Coach
·
Conducts well-organized practices
·
Develops positive self-image with
athletes
·
Maintains effective pre-season
and in-season conditioning programs
·
Demonstrates positive team
sportsmanship toward opponents and officials
·
Other duties as assigned by the
Head Coach as applicable
SALARY RANGE: Per
the Master Agreement between the Saline Board of Education.
HOURS: Football
season’s first practice is August 8<sup>th</sup>. Practices are held immediately after
school. Season runs from August to the
end of November.
