Physical Education/Health/APE Teacher

The Physical Education position requires, but is not limited to the following:  

1. Wisconsin Certification #530 – Physical Education (Required)
2. Wisconsin Certification #860 – Adaptive Physical Education (Required)
3. Wisconsin Certification #910 – Health (Required)
4. Strong experience and/or training in all areas covered under the Physical Education umbrella.
5. Ability to forge positive relationships with the parents/guardians of students.
6. Ability to work collegially with Physical Education department staff, Student Services, administration, the faculty, maintenance staff, and the community as needed.
7. Experience in evaluating and curriculum writing.
8. Ability to facilitate student/parent/teacher meetings as needed.
9. Experience and/or ability in coaching. (Preferred)
