6 hours per day, 7:30 - 1:30 p.m.

As specified in the Cafeteria Employees
Agreement
Minimum
Qualifications
:
1.
Must have completed or be in the process
of attending classes for food service personnel at Oakland
Schools
2.
Must have knowledge of safety and
sanitation standards and portion control
3.
Must be able to lift heavy boxes
Requirements:
1. Must have management
Certification Certificate
2.
Responsible for preparation of
foods. Cleaning kitchen and equipment
3.
Such alternatives to the above
qualifications as the administration may find appropriate and
acceptable
