Minimum requirements:
La. Teaching Certificate (Type A or B, Level 2 or 3); Bachelor's degree (Master's degree strongly encouraged); at least 5 years of successful teaching experience; Expertise in increasing achievement, use of assessments/data, interventions, classroom management, technology, professional development, and literacy and language development practices
Salary:
$55,421 - $76,012 (Teacher's daily rate x 220 days)
Length of Employment:
11 months (220 days)
Special Requirements:
Must be willing to pursue Reading Specialist certification (funded through grant)
