Qualifications

Keyboarding skills.

Ability to complete database, spreadsheet, and
word processing tasks.
3.
Pleasing personality and appearance.
4.
Knowledge of necessary secretarial
skills.
5.
Good command of the English language.
6.
Ability to work with and in the presence of
children
7.
Be tactful and emotionally and physically able
to perform duties required.
8.
Have basic knowledge of first aid and health
room practices.

Responsibilities
1.
Records absences.
2.
Records lunch count.
3.
Issues lunch tickets.
4.
Assists parents and children.
5.
Typing and basic computer use.
6.
Cares for equipment.
7.
Maintains positive public relations.
8.
Duplicates materials.
9.
Collects fees.
10.
Answers telephone.
11.
Performs office duties in absence of building
secretary.
12.
Provides minor first aid and health room
assistance.
13.
Assists staff.
14.
Other duties as assigned.
