PROGRAM DIRECTOR/HEAD TEACHER
Qualifications:
Bachelors or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education of Child Development
Bachelors degree or higher in a related field that includes 18 credits in Early Childhood Education
Prior managerial experience in a preschool setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player
Commitment to Professional Development
Responsiblities:
To oversee an early childhood education program and establish a program environment that fosters learning and personal growth; to help pupils develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education; and to maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members.
