SUMMARY: Provide technological support primarily for students including daily instruction, assistance with decision-making, working knowledge of hardware and software within the lab.  Assist staff with technology as needed.  Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:

·   High school diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent

·   One (1) to three (3) years job related experience

·   No License or certification required (highly qualified preferred).

·   Strong Computer skills preferred.

·   Criminal background check required for hire.

·   Operating knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, FrontPage.

·   Operating knowledge of and experience with typical office equipment, such as telephones, copier, fax machine, E-mail, etc.
