MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must possess a valid PA teaching certificate; ability to work flexible schedule; knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices; ability to engage students actively in the
learning process; and excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and organizational skills. Individual will work as a tutor in conjunction to the teacher of record. These positions
are for both the elementary and secondary level.
LOCATION: District Wide. SALARY: $30.50 per hour, as per the HEA Contract Agreement. WORK CONTRACT: Average of five (5) hours per week, 189 days per year.
