GREAT START READINESS PROGRAM (GSRP) TEACHER

STATE OF MICHIGAN GRANT FUNDED

EFFECTIVE DATE:  August 28, 2012

MANDATORY CURRICULUM TRAINING:  Date and Time To Be Determined

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with ZA Endorsement
• Must meet Highly Qualified standards as specified by No Child Left Behind

DUTIES:

• Overall coordination of "At-Risk" 4 year-old program
• Implement Creative Curriculum
• Planning, implementation and monitoring of curriculum
• Implementing methods of establishing a positive involvement of parents
• Maintenance of enrollment, attendance and other necessary records
• Maintenance of observations of children's growth and development
• Develop working relations and collaborate with other early learning departments of the District
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

SALARY: $20.00 per hour

DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Assistant Superintendent
