ASSISTANT COACH - FOOTBALL
Grand Valley High School is
seeking applications of candidates for Assistant Football Coach. This is a part-time, seasonal, salaried
position located in Parachute, CO.
Resumes will be accepted until the position is filled.
Responsibilities include:

Assist in effective operation and management of the
Football program which would include, but not limited to:
planning, organizing, in-season and off-season training, and
promoting the football team and Grand Valley Activities Department.
- To assist the
student athlete in the areas of academic excellence and eligibility and provide
an atmosphere of personnel growth.
Desired qualifications:
-
One to three
years of football coaching experience.
- Skills related to
coaching, teaching, recruiting, and mentoring athletes.
- Knowledge of
CHSAA rules and regulations
- Knowledge and
management of sports related injuries.
Required qualifications:
-
Must possess or be willing to gain CHSAA
coaching certification.
- Must have a
current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Must have
Concussion certification form the NFHS.
- Must complete
school district small vehicle training.
- Must complete the
CHSAA test with 100% accuracy.
