ACES is seeking a Public
Information and Marketing Officer to support communication
goals and strategies and work with a variety of stakeholders
including staff, member districts and the general
public.
The successful candidate is
responsible for all publicity, composition, design and
production of publications for both internal and external
audiences (e.g. brochures, newsletters and annual reports),
assists with school-wide and community events and manages the
content for ACES web sites in conjunction with other
departments.
This position requires
creativity, superior writing, editing and interpersonal skills
as well as a proven ability to speak effectively. A
command of technology is also essential; including, Microsoft
Office software and website management. Applicants
must have demonstrated experience working with many
stakeholders, being a part of a team and must have excellent
collaborative skills.
Requirements:
Master's degree in
Communications, Marketing or English.
Consideration will be given to a Bachelor's
degree plus a minimum of five (5) years of experience in
Marketing and Public Information
