POSITION SUMMARIES: Manager @ Grant Road CLA
Full Time (40 Hrs weekly)
DUTIES: Responsible for the daily operations of a 5 person CLA located in Enfield , CT . Those tasks include but are not limited to the development and implementation of the Individual Plan for each individual, overseeing the training and scheduling of staff, direct supervision of all staff working in the home, overseeing the medical portion of each person's program, the management and maintenance of the physical plant and vehicles, participation in the on-call system and active participation as a member of the Management Team of the Group Home Program.
QUALIFICATIONS: Current certifications in CPR, current medication administration and a valid driver's license. Previous supervisory experience and a strong work history as well as a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Human Services or other related field is required. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Starting Rate begins at $30,000 per year. Benefits are included.
