Instructor - Hospitality/Culinary

• Prefer Full or Temporary Vocational Authorization (or Interim or Occupational Education) certificate in Hospitality/Food Service (CIP Code 12.9999); or
  
• Minimum of two years or 4,000 hours of recent and relevant work experience in Hospitality/Food Service.
  
• Prefer valid Michigan teaching certification.
  
• Must have knowledge and experience in short order cooking, large quantity cooking, and commercial bakery production
  
• Must have knowledge of the travel and tourism industry and hospitality management
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail and team oriented
  
• Prefer experience working with the high school age students and diverse student population.
  

Salary: Per Master Agreement
