Under the
direction of the Information Systems Supervisor, this position
will provide support for technology needs of teachers and
staff.
•
Resolve computer
and software related issues.
•
Respond to
electronic helpdesk tickets.
•
Support of a
variety of hardware and software configurations.
•
Tasks include
but are not limited to XP and Windows 7 operating system
installing, configuration, and imaging.
•
Microsoft Office
installation and configuration.
•
Software
Installation, configuration, testing, and evaluation.
•
Smartboard
support.
•
Projectors,
Desktop, Laptop and Printer Networking.
•
Support 600
-1000 networked computers.
•
Teaming in
groups for support and working on project teams.
•
Knowledge of
Novell Zenworks, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft group
policy a plus.
•
Relevant
certifications are A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support
Technician, MCITP: Windows 7 Enterprise Support Technician.
•
